I included a weight-based dosing calculator, with multiple paths to the estimated weight of the child, including age, exact date of birth or height.
I also included some normal vital signs per age and weight on the front page as well.
Once you have a calculated weight, it generates weight-based drug and equipment prescriptions:
It is something that will need to be refined and updated, but as an experiment by a non-technical individual just trying to make a useful tool, it was fun and I hope to find it useful.
